We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We use DOJO to collect and process transaction information.


We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so within 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.

INDOOR PLAY

Please select the date you would like to book your Indoor Play session by clicking on your chosen date using the calendar below.
  • Time slots are as follows:

  • 9.00am - 10.30am
  • 11.00am - 12.30pm
  • 1.30pm - 3.00pm
  • 3.30pm - 5.00pm
  • 3.30pm sessions are only available on weekends, Bank Holidays & school holidays.
  • You pay per person based on age.

 

Please ensure you select the date and time slot correctly, as we cannot refund your booking if you don’t turn up to your chosen date and time.

CHILDREN'S PARTIES

Book our children’s party room from just £10.95 per child, and take the stress out of organising a birthday party.
Call 01271 268180 to book.

We cater for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 14 children in the party room, but we can accommodate larger groups in the main play area.

Our main party times are:

11am-12:30am
1:30pm-3pm
3:30pm-5pm

  • Your party includes:
  • Exclusive use of the party room and use of the play area for 1 and a half hours
  • A choice of party menus of either: Kids Meals, Pizza to Share or a Selection of Sandwiches
  • Unlimited squash for party guests
  • Special party invitations to download


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Once the booking is confirmed, we will give you a link to the party invitations to send out to your child’s friends.

Please let us know in advance if anyone in the party has a food intolerance or is allergic to certain foods. We will do our best to accommodate them.

You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake. No other food or drink is permitted to be brought into the building.

Please supply a list of the guests’ names so they can be checked in at Reception.

The person booking the party is responsible for all the attendees and should ensure they have contact details for parents of any child left in their care.

There must be a minimum of one adult per six children. Each booking allows free entry for two adults plus, where necessary, one adult per additional six children.

At the end of the party, parents who have not stayed should collect their children from the Reception area.

If parents or siblings of party guests would like to stay, they must pay normal admission prices. Party food is only provided for paid-for party guests.
